Privacy and Website Use:

Privacy is a paramount concern, and we are dedicated to ensuring transparency in how we manage it across all our websites. This section elaborates on our approach and its implications for you.

Bookings:

Bookings can be made directly at https://easytransfer.is/ or via email to info@easytransfer.is. For private tours, one primary contact is required to furnish payment and contact details for the group.

Payment Terms:

Payments can be executed online via credit card or through a secure payment link disseminated by our sales team. The process is secure and independent; we neither receive nor store your credit card information.

Cancellation Policy:

• Private Airport Transfers and Day Tours: A full refund is available for cancellations made 24 hours prior to departure. Email cancellations to info@easytransfer.is. No refund for cancellations thereafter.

Pricing and Validity:

All prices are inclusive of VAT and taxes. Rates and conditions provided by sales representatives are valid for 14 days from the date of issuance. Prices are per vehicle, or tour type.

Liability and Force Majeure:

Easy Transfer bears no responsibility for loss, damage, accidents, illness, or schedule changes due to external factors beyond our control. We retain the right to modify routes, itineraries, or timings as necessitated. Any additional costs incurred due to schedule changes (hotels, meals, transfers, etc.) are the responsibility of the traveler. Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended.

General Liability:

Easy Transfer disclaims responsibility for injury, illness, death, loss, damage, expense, cost, or claims arising from:

- The actions or omissions of travelers or any party member.

- Acts of third parties unrelated to service provision.

- Force Majeure circumstances.

Complaints:

Any grievances during holidays should be promptly addressed to Easy Transfer. All complaints must be lodged before departure from Iceland for potential resolution.

Insurance:

Travel insurance is necessary. Easy Transfer is not accountable for costs incurred due to lack of insurance coverage. It is incumbent upon travelers to ensure their insurance encompasses all holiday activities.

Credit Card Fraud:

We reserve the prerogative to annul bookings due to declined payments or erroneous credit card information. Random audits may be conducted to mitigate fraud.

Confidentiality:

Easy Transfer undertakes not to disclose confidential information except as mandated by law or necessary under this agreement. Confidential information may be shared with employees, officers, representatives, or advisers essential for fulfilling obligations under this agreement.

Information Collection:

We collect the main traveler's full name, phone number, email address, hotel location in Iceland, and flight information. This data may be shared with third parties involved in the tour's operation.

Governing Law:

This agreement is subject to the laws of Iceland. Disputes arising from this agreement fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Iceland. If you have concerns about our data processing practices, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Icelandic Data Protection Agency.
